Find out what makes the Denman Team Difference truly unique!

One of the many ways the Denman Team sets itself apart is our loan process. We pride ourselves in speed and accuracy. We are known for our smooth transactions. Our average time to close a loan is 21 days. Typical banks can take up to 90 days or more. This alone truly sets up apart. You can either apply through our website by going to the “Apply Now” button or you can give us a call and we can take your application over the phone.

We schedule an in-person meeting to discuss your loan options. If you are buying a home, you will experience what we refer to as the “101’s of Buying.”  We are thorough and detailed about your loan options and what you can expect from us.

After you choose your loan type and term, disclosures are signed and the appraisal is ordered, if required. Your loan goes into processing after initial disclosures are signed. Your loan will move to the underwriting process in approximately 2-3 business days.

The loan is then approved by an underwriter with conditions. Once all conditions have been collected and resubmitted to underwriting, a “Clear to Close” is issued and a closing day and time is scheduled.

Be prepared for our “Closing Quiz” prior to signing the final closing documents. This is unique to the Denman Team. We want to ensure the client knows every detail about their loan   prior to signing the loan package. The “Closing Quiz” also ensures us that we are exceeding the clients’ expectations.
